A multistage stick for mountain climbing is provided to enhance portability and reliability, so that a user can easily assemble, fold and carry the stick and can be prevented from being shoved in spite of a heavy load. A multistage stick includes: a plurality of connection pipes(124) with one end externally exposed and with the other end firmly coupled to one side of middle connection pipes(122) and a lower connection pipe(123) through an adhesive layer(128); a connection pipe shaking prevention unit for preventing the connection pipe from being shaken due to an assembly error between an upper connection pipe(121) and the middle connection pipe coupled to the one side of the connection pipe; a non-elastic connection string(131); and a connection string controller for tightening and loosening the connection string in order to assemble and disassemble the upper connection pipe, the middle connection pipes and the lower connection pipe.
