IP COLLISION EXECUTIVE SYSTEM AND THE CONTROL METHOD IN IP COMMUNICATION NETWORK INCLUDING TERMINAL MANAGEMENT SERVER

An IP(Internet Protocol) collision management system in an IP communication network including a terminal management server and a controlling method thereof are provided to display information on a collision target on an IP terminal in real time when repeatedly allocated IP addresses collide with each other so that a manager or a user can actively cope with the collision of the IP addresses. At least one IP terminal(100) decides whether an ARP(Address Resolution Protocol) broadcasting request message received from a random IP terminal uses the same address as self-set IP addresses. If so, the terminals transmit IP address collision report messages to a terminal management server(300). The server compares the report messages with prestored information on each IP terminal to detect user information of IP terminals where IP address collision occurs, and transmits the user information to the IP terminals which send the report messages.
