An integrated plant cooling system is provided to reduce operational cost by applying cooling medium to an independent power plant cooling skid using an absorption chiller or a mechanical chiller to form an integrated cooling system. An integrated power plant cooling system comprises a heat source extracted from a power plant, an absorption chiller(160), a member of removing heat from the absorption chiller, an integrated cooling skid(150) including heat removal devices(110,115,120,125,140), and a member of circulating a chilling medium(170) discharged from the absorption chiller to the heat removal devices. The absorption chiller cool off the chilling medium using energy obtained from the heat source.
