The cylindrical rotary shaft is protruded from an inner surface of a fixing plate(40) to be coupled with a rotating body as a part of the bobbin and has a hollow inner surface. The frame has a size corresponding to a half of a side surface of a packaging assembly to contain the bobbin. The support bars are radially formed from the rotary shaft and integrally connect the frame and the rotary shaft. The rib is integrally connected to the support bars and the frame in a T shape.
