A portable blood viscosity measuring device is provided to measure easily the blood viscosity under variable shearing force by supplying variable absorption force through capillary phenomenon, so that the health state of a user is analyzed. A portable blood viscosity measuring device(100) comprises: a housing body having a display(170); a blood collection tool(200) having a movable blood collection needle(215); a measurement strip(300) releasably mounted within the housing body, having a capillary tube for absorbing a small amount of blood and a plurality of sensors located in the capillary tube for detecting absorption height and time of blood absorbed through the capillary tube; an absorption tool communicated with the capillary tube for supplying the variable absorption force to the capillary tube; and a controller for sending absorption signal to the absorption tool, receiving the signal from the sensors, calculating the blood viscosity coefficient and shearing rate, and sending the calculated values to the display.
