The apparatus has a tubular body (2) equipped with a cap (5) and an aspiration and distribution mouthpiece (3). A piston (4) is slidingly sealed in the body, and a lateral and external unit includes push buttons (8, 9) for displacing the piston in two directions. A head (14) of the piston has an external form same as an internal form of the mouthpiece such that a residual space is not formed between the piston and the mouthpiece, when an action of the piston ends. The mouthpiece and the piston are made of viscoelastic material.
