A method of manufacturing snow crab extract powder by heating, drying and grinding a snow crab is provided. The powder is easy to store, distribute and use, retains nutrients and flavor, is used as additional material for cooking, and is capable of removing meat odor, maintain softness and inhibit moisture evaporation by adding the power while cooking the meat. A snow crab extract powder has a particle size of less than 300mum and a moisture content of 10 to 60%. The snow crab extract is obtained by washing a snow crab with water, heating for a predetermined time, cutting the heated snow crab to about 5 to 7cm, grinding and drying the cut snow crab. |
