An apparatus and a method for extracting refined oil from wastewater of food garbage are provided to separate simply oil substances contained in the wastewater before treating wastewater produced from food garbage, and particularly extract recyclable refined oil from the separated oil substances. An apparatus for extracting refined oil from wastewater of food garbage comprises: a first heating part for heating wastewater(W) of food garbage with heat of steam within a heating tank(T2); a first separation part for separately removing solid sludge(Q1) with large particles contained in wastewater of the first heating part by separators(T3) to obtain a first refined liquid(W1) from which the solid sludge with large particles has been removed from wastewater; a second separation part for separately removing solid sludge(Q2) with fine particles contained in the first refined liquid of the first separation part by a separator(T4) to obtain a second refined liquid(W2) from which the solid sludge with fine particles has been removed from the first refined liquid; a second heating part for heating the second refined liquid of the second separation part with heat of steam within heating tanks(T5); a third separation part for separating oil substances contained in the second refined liquid of the second heating part by a separator(T6) to obtain a third refined liquid(W3) of the oil substances from the second refined liquid; and a precipitation part for separately precipitating residual wastewater(W3-2) contained in the third refined liquid of the third separation part within precipitation tanks(T8) to extract refined oil(W4) of the oil substances from the third refined liquid. |
