The system has a headrest (1) supported by a maintaining rod (3), and a tubular guiding part (5) housing the rod. An electrical plug-in connector i.e. male grip (8), is arranged at a free end (10) of the rod. Another electrical plug-in connector i.e. female grip (7), is connected with a former connector, and fixed in a backrest (11). An assembling direction of the later connector is approximately coaxial to a longitudinal median axis of the free end of the rod. Each connector has two contact elements including rotational symmetry with respect to the median axis and the assembling direction.
