PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for more precisely estimating a location even when a receiving state is changed by the state of a radio path or an environment around a receiver when estimating the location of an object by a radio wave state measured by the receiver by adding a wireless node to a mobile object. SOLUTION: Signal receiving strengths, radio wave arrival times and radio wave directions measured by a plurality of receivers 105, 106, 107 are determined and on the basis of characteristics and environmental conditions of the receivers, probability distribution characteristics are determined. Probabilities that wireless nodes 102, 103, 104 are present in respective locations are determined and from the distribution of each of the probabilities, the location where the wireless node is present is estimated. Furthermore, information on places at which objects to be managed to which the wireless nodes 102, 103, 104 are added can be present is used to highly precisely estimate the location information of the wireless nodes, thereby services such as article management, personnel management, stock management, production management and the like can be highly precisely provided.
