PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion table creation device capable of reducing a processing time, and to provide a color conversion table creation method, a color conversion table creation program, a color converter, and an image processor. SOLUTION: Color data at each first lattice point when an input color space is divided in a lattice shape, first base data indicating the correspondence to color data at a device-independent color space corresponding to the color data at each first lattice point, color data at each second lattice point when the output color space is divided in a lattice shape, and second base data indicating the correspondence to color data at the device-independent color space corresponding to the color data at each second lattice point are stored at a base data storage section 16. An input image reproduction color determination section 14 determines a first lattice point corresponding to a color used in an input image. A color conversion table generation section 18 creates a color conversion table by calculating the color data of the output color space corresponding to the color data at the first lattice point determined by the input image reproduction color determination section 14 based on each base data.
