PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of producing game-like amusement such that a person can know information about a partner as the person communicates with the partner more and creating an active atmosphere. SOLUTION: Meeting ID data and participant ID data are matched between a transmissions-side portable terminal device 1 and a reception-side terminal to identify who is a partner of communication among event participants. The transmission-side portable terminal device 1 uses an other-terminal distance positioning unit 16 to measure the distance to the opposite terminal, and estimates the degree of closeness from the obtained partner distance and the time of a conversation with the partner. Under a closeness judgement condition, a judgement is made using an information open condition table and when it is judged from the current state that new additional information can be obtained, an event control unit 20 sends an additional information acquisition request to the reception-side terminal to receive requested additional data from the reception-side terminal.
