PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost for assembling components, and the like. SOLUTION: A lower layer 5 of an adhesive resin is formed on the surface of a thread forming portion 4 of a tapping screw 1, and an upper layer 6 of a non-adhesive resin is formed on the surface of the lower layer 5. When the tapping screw 1 is threaded into a lower hole 8 of a member 7, the peripheral wall of the lower hole 8 is cut off to form a female screw 9.
