PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural element provided with an improved load passage when supporting a rib of a wing panel. SOLUTION: This aircraft structure may have the rib 400, a plurality of longitudinal penetrating materials 412 and a pair of shear ties 406. The plurality of longitudinal penetrating materials 412 may have outer plate flanges fastened to an outer plate 416 for the aircraft structure at end parts of the plurality of longitudinal penetrating materials 412. The pair of shear ties 406 are capable of being extended from the rib 400 and having a pair of elongate members.
