PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a vehicle body stably retaining a glass hatch even when a vehicle travels with the glass hatch opened, and capable of reducing air resistance in traveling. SOLUTION: A vehicle body rear surface 11 formed with a window opening part 20 and the glass hatch 30 are curved to a curve surface swelled to the outside of the vehicle body. Thereby, even when the vehicle travels in the state that the glass hatch 30 is opened, the glass hatch 30 can be stably retained. Further, a flow of traveling wind accompanying with vehicle traveling can be suppressed from being disturbed by the glass hatch 30 and air resistance in traveling can be reduced.
