PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus, comprising a frame structure, suitable for a multi-tube type, capable of reducing a moment load added to a bearing unit, and preventing deflection of an X-ray path during rotation so as to prevent image quality deterioration of reproduced images, which is accessible from both sides of the frame to a rotating unit. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus comprises the frame structure, in which a front side rotating frame 30, mounting X-ray tubes 1A and 1B to radiate X-ray to a sample P, and X-ray detectors 2A and 2B to detect the X-ray from the X-ray tubes 1A and 1B, and a rear side rotating frame 40 mounting high voltage generating parts 81 and 82 to generate tube voltage to be applied to the X-ray tubes 1A and 1B are coupled to each other through the bearing unit.
