PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure capable of improving structural strength near the swing pivot part of a frame body and effectively blocking the fraudulent forced opening of the frame body, and a game machine provided with the hinge structure. SOLUTION: The hinge structure 18 swing-pivots a case body frame 4 and a decorative frame 12 arranged at the front part and made openable and closable on the front surface on the left side faces 4c and 12b of both frame bodies 4 and 12. On the case body frame 4, a projection piece 5 projecting to the width direction inner side is provided near the swing pivot part 18a. The decorative frame 12 is provided with an engaging piece 13 to be positioned at the back of the projection piece 5 in the closed state of both frame bodies 4 and 12 and positioned at the front of the projection piece 5 in the open state. In the closed state of both frame bodies 4 and 12, the movement to the front of the decorative frame 12 near the swing pivot part 18a is blocked by the abutting of the projection piece 5 and the engaging piece 13.
