PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat which enables even a person who can not assume a half-crouching posture on his or her own to wipe out feces on his or her own after defecation and makes the load of a keeper reducible even in the case the keeper wipe out feces, and the mental pain of the defecating person relaxable. SOLUTION: The annular-shape toilet seat 11 is mounted on a rim 14 formed in the upper rim portion of a stool type toilet bowl 12 and is characterized by that a cutout portion 18 is formed in the inside of a front end portion 17, and the inside face 19 of the front end portion 17 coincides with the extending face 22 of the inside face 15 of the front end portion 21 of the rim 14 or is located in front of the extending face 22.
