PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threader capable of smoothly removing a thread therefrom and a thread introducing part from a needle eye without clogging the needle eye when the thread introducing part is inserted into the needle eye and pulling it out from the needle eye while keeping the thread hooked, and appropriately maintaining the attaching state of the thread introducing part to a holding part. SOLUTION: The threader A has a flat holding part 2, and a loop-like thread introducing part extended from the holding part 2 and provided with a bend part 13a which is inserted into the needle eye at the end. The threader A has a flat member 1 including a first end part 11, a second end part 12 and a narrow strip-like part 13 successively and integrally connecting the first end part 11 and the second end part 12 and having the bend part 13a formed at the center part in the length direction. Of the flat member 1, the first end part 11 and the second end part 12 are piled up and held inside the holding part 2, and the narrow strip-like part 13 is exposed from the holding part 2 to form the loop-like thread introducing part.
