PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for improvement for the control of the direction and inclination angle of a scanning surface. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe 100 comprises a plurality of vibrators for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves according to the scanning control of ultrasonic beams, and a pressure sensor for detecting the direction and volume of the power of inclination of the ultrasonic probe 100 inside the probe. The direction and inclination angle of the scanning surface of the ultrasonic beams are controlled based on the direction and volume of the power detected by the pressure sensor. Specifically, if the direction of the power to incline the ultrasonic probe 100 is in the left side (the direction A), the scanning surface is inclined to the right side (the scanning surface A).
