Electronic integrated circuit of differential distributed oscillator, that consists of the main oscillation sub-circuit (1), feedback loop sub-circuit between input and output (2), sub-circuit of frequency variation mechanism (3) and sub-circuit of output buffer (4) and layout method of integrated circuit of differential distributed oscillator (5). The circuit is designed in a manner that the feedback loop closes by the use of on-chip Metal Insulator Metal capacitors, that allows reduction of oscillator terminals and the subsequent reduction of noise coupling with elements apart from the oscillator. It uses a frequency variation mechanism, ensuring linear frequency variation and fixed output voltage related to differential control voltage,that allows significant isolation of the oscillator from external interferences, achieving high speed and operation frequency and lower noise levels compared to concentrated oscillator circuits that are implemented in similar silicon technologies. The oscillator is used in compound integrated circuits of telecommunication applications. |
