The utility model relates to food of high nutritive and biological value, which can be used also in cases of certain diseases or regimen of diet. The food can be in the form of candies containing the following ingredients in g: wheat sprouts û 0.10 to 0.100; honey û 0.10 to 0.50; seeds and nuts û 0.10 to 0.80; flavouring û 0.005 to 0.05. The pre-treatment process comprises cleaning, husking and vegetation of the wheat. After the treatment, the separate products are dosed in a strict proportion to make a mixture suitable for the respective diet or disease. The wheat sprouts are milled and, together with the honey, balls are shaped therefrom. The balls are rolled in ground seeds and nuts and then kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. |
