The present invention is related to pharmaceutical compositions of one or more tiacumicins that exhibit improved stability, and methods of treatment using such formulations. The formulations contain one or more tiacumicins, s uch as difimicin, and one or more antioxidants, such as butylated hydroxytol uene, and, optionally, one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
