<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide favorable gas barrier properties, sealability and unplugging properties in a liner for a cap, the cap, and a bottle having the cap. <P>SOLUTION: This liner for the cap has a multi-layer structure which has at least a flexible layer 5b of a synthetic resin, and a rigid layer 5a which is laminated on the flexible layer 5b and has a higher rigidity than the flexible layer 5b. The overall bending elastic modulus is 1,000 MPa or lower, and at the same time, the oxygen permeability is 20 ml/m<SP>2</SP>day atm or lower. Thus, a favorable shoulder drawing becomes possible, and a high fall impact performance can be obtained.
