<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable display of monochrome images suppressing the sense of surface roughness, while facilitating maintenance of lens arrangement accuracy and arrangement state. <P>SOLUTION: The display device forms each of a great number of pixels, arranged in the form of a matrix on a display screen by a light irradiated from an emission face surrounded by a shading frame by being arranged in the inside rather than the display screen. A lens layer, tightly-arranging a lens generating wide virtual images of the emission face in two or more rates to one of the pixels, is provided forward of an emission direction in the emission face of the display device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
