PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a diversity receiver which monitors synthesis ratio of each antenna in diversity synthesis and a deterioration state, etc. by multipath and fading. SOLUTION: In the receiver which performs the diversity synthesis of an OFDM signal received by a plurality of antennas by the OFDM signal modulated by an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system, the receiver has a function for displaying or recording each synthetic weighting coefficient in performing the diversity synthesis by data such as a meter, sound, light, the synthesis ratio of each antenna in the diversity synthesis is investigated, the deterioration state of the multipath and the fading is monitored and it is expected that a variation state is investigated by monitoring the weighting coefficients in such a case that characteristics of a transmission path change by change of receiving environment after installing the antennas, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
