PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor block capable of preventing the loosening of a connecting means which connects components. SOLUTION: A semiconductor block 16 comprises an output diode 25 that generates heat, a first bus bar 26, and a third heat sink 27. The first bus bar 26 is arranged between the output diode 25 and the third heat sink 27. The block comprises a conductive screw 45 which acts as a first connecting means for connecting the output diode 25 to the first bus bar 26, and a heat radiation screw 46 which acts as a second connecting means for connecting the bus bar 26 to the heat sink 27.
