<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device capable of accurately detecting the temperature of a pan placed on the top plate. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device comprises a heating coil 3 to heat a pan 1, a top plate 2 above the heating coil 3 to place a pan, an infrared ray detect means 5 placed under the top plate 2 to detect infrared rays radiated from the bottom of the pan 1, first and second magnetism prevention means 6 and 7 for protecting the infrared ray detecting means 5 against the magnetic field of the heating coil 3, a temperature detecting means 10 to detect the temperature of the bottom of a pan 1 from the output of the infrared ray detecting means 5, and a control means 11 to control electric power supplied to the heating coil 3 according to the output of the temperature detecting means 10.The first and second magnetism prevention means 6 and 7 are connected to the zero potential of the infrared ray detect means 5. With this, the induction heating cooking device can accurately detect and control the quantity of infrared ray coming from the pan 1 without being affected by magnetic fields. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
