PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic device for storing electrical energy. SOLUTION: The device for storing electrical energy has a first magnetic unit 110 having first and second magnetic sections 114, 118; a second magnetic unit 120 having third and fourth magnetic sections 124, 128; and a dielectric section 130 arranged between the first unit 110 and the second unit 120. The dielectric section 130 stores electrical energy, and the first, second, third, and fourth magnetic sections 114, 118, 124, 128 have dipoles 113, 117, 123, 127, respectively and prevent the leakage of current.
