PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor for a sensor system which is small-sized and light and does not need replacement of batteries. SOLUTION: A sensor chip (SCHIP1) includes sensors (TD1, AS1, PD1, GS1), an A/D conversion circuit (AD1), a microprocessor (CPU1), a memory (HEM1), a transmission circuit (RF1), and a power generation device (CM1). The sensors, the A/D converting circuit, the microprocessor, the memory, and the transmission circuit are formed on one board face (SIDE1) and the power generation device is formed on a board face (SIDE2) opposite to the board face (SIDE1).
