摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy cast iron material having higher hardness and excellent wear resistance while maintaining excellent toughness and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Heat treatments are applied to a spheroidal-vanadium-carbide-containing alloy cast iron material which has a composition consisting of, by weight, 3.3 to 4.0% C, 0.5 to 2.0% Si, 0.03 to 0.8% Mn, 6.0 to 15% V, 0.5 to 5.0% Ni, 0.5 to 5.0% Mo, 0.1 to 5.0% Co, 0.01 to 0.1% Mg and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and also has a structure in which spheroidal vanadium carbides are crystallized and dispersed.
