PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for precisely controlling the body core temperature in a heating system for animals as represented by human thermotherapy. SOLUTION: The animal body temperature control device in a heating apparatus for animals has a container for putting the animal internal body, a physical condition measuring means S2 for measuring the physical condition of the animal containing a means for measuring at least the core temperature at certain intervals or continuously, and a means for adjusting the animal core temperature. The device is composed of a physical condition control part 11, a control part 13 having a time measuring means, and a core temperature control part, wherein the physical condition control part inputs with a physical condition data containing at least data about the animal body temperature measured by the physical condition measuring part, and outputs the physical condition data to the control part, and the control part predicts the change of the animal core temperature based on the data from the physical condition control part and outputs the predicted result to the core temperature control part, while the core temperature control part outputs the control signal to the core temperature adjust means of the animal heating apparatus based on the predicted result from the control part.
