The first outside exposing electrode part 61A is disposed on an axis X' of the bottomed cylindrical part 52. The second to fourth outside exposing electrode parts 62A-64A are formed in an annular shape by using the axis X' as the center of the annulus ring so that the first to fourth outside exposing electrode parts 61A-64A are arranged concentrically. The first to fourth exposing electrode parts 31A-34A are disposed on one end surface 11B of the capsule outer shell 11 in a manner to make contact with the first to fourth outside exposing electrode parts 61A-64A respectively.
