The device (1) has two channels (A, B) connected with two output ports (89), respectively, through which fuel is delivered to an exterior of a valve body (20). The fuel is run through an inner path at an interior of the valve body, and the two output ports are provided on each other on different positions with respect to an axial direction. One of the two channels is provided in a centre axis of axial components (70, 80), and another channel is provided in a circumferential periphery of the axial component (80).
