The puncher has a support for a punching good e.g. paper stack, and a punching tool arranged in a function area and operatable by an operating lever (3). The punching tool is designed as a punching pipe (8) and replaceably supported in a fastener (10). The fastener is pivotably fixed in the puncher and swivelable around a perpendicular axis such that the fastener is swivelable to its transition from the function area by the punching pipe. The fastener has a holder profile on which an extension of the punching pipe rests, where extension is designed as a head.
