A liquid lens device including a circular tube having a fluid pressurization opening formed in it; first and second elastic films respectively closing both end faces of the circular tube to form a lens chamber; and a pressurization section for pressurizing the lens chamber via the fluid pressurization opening. The first and second elastic films are deformed by pressure in the lens chamber pressurized by the pressurization section.
