A banner device is provided to reduce a manufacture cost by simplifying a structure coupled to upper and lower ends of a banner panel and facilitate installation by having a stable and simple standing structure for the ground. Strut axial holes are formed at corners of upper and lower parts of a rear surface of a case(100) to be rotated by inserting one ends of struts(130). A light emitting diode is fixedly installed inside the case by coupling front and rear cases(105,110). Support grooves have support panels on a front side of the strut axial holes to support the struts. A support axial hole is formed on a bottom surface to be rotated by inserting one end of a support(133). A rotation groove has a suspension plate at a front side of the support axial hole to support the support and limit a rotation angle in rotating the support. A suspension protrusion is protruded to prevent the struts and the support rotated to install a banner panel(155) from being rotated to an original position by pressing outer circumferential surfaces of the struts and the support. |
