A traveling direction moving device capable of running a self-regulation four-wheeler is provided to make each of four wheels driven by themselves by the two-axis actuator to enable side direction traveling. A traveling direction moving device capable of running a self-regulation four-wheeler has a self-regulation traveling device including a wheel portion, four two-axis actuators(120), a servo block(130) and a body portion(140). The wheel portion includes four wheels that are connected to the respective driving motor shafts(104). The two axis actuator is connected to the driving motor shaft to drive the traveling and the position of each wheel(102). The servo block is mounted on the two-axis actuator by being connected to the upper end of the two-axis actuator. A fixing plate(142) of the body portion is attached to the servo block.
