<p>A powder dust capture device having a powder dust capture section (19) provided at an inlet opening (18) of a body housing (17) and also having a fan (16) for discharging air, which is sucked through the powder dust capture section from the inlet opening, from an outlet opening (24) through a predetermined region. The powder dust capture section has a filter (30), a filter advance mechanism, and a filter advance control section. The filter (30) has an electrostatic filter (20) wrapped around a roll shaft (31a), a filter winding shaft (31b), and a small-sized housing (32) for receiving the filter and the shaft and can be attached to and detached from the body housing. The small-sized housing has an opening (33) for sucking air passed through the electrostatic filter. The filter advance control section has filter advance amount detection sections (35, 42) and controls, based on a detection output from the filter advance amount detection sections, filter advance operation performed by the filter advance mechanism. The electrostatic filter can be used for many hours without replacement, can be easily replaced, and does not allow powder dust once adhered to the filter to be released to the outside.</p> |
