<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implementable method for a computer system which manages a resource in an automated work flow system to operate on a work item. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the computer system to manage the resources in the automated work flow system to operate on the work item comprises the steps of: storing the work item in a work flow database (14) for an operator to work on it thereafter and a first definitional data item into a memory; deleting the first definitional data item from the memory by receiving an instruction from a manager; instructing the system to delete the first definitional data item from the memory when a mark for associating with the first definitional data item is set; and preventing a second definitional data item from being dependent on the first definitional data item by using the mark when the mark has been set if the second definitional data item can be normally dependent on the first definitional data item. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
