<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable protecting tube which can easily and surely cover an overhead cable or an overhead cable group to be protected without cutting, even if any branching material, extending in the direction of intersection relative to the overhead cable or the overhead cable group to be trained over an electric pole and a building, exists. <P>SOLUTION: In the cable protecting tube equipped with a tube body with a slit formed along the full length in the axial line for covering the overhead cable or the overhead cable group by externally fitting the tube body to the overhead cable or the overhead cable group via a slit, the tube body has the slit formed linearly, and a first escape groove for passing over the branching material extending in the direction of intersection from the overhead cable or the overhead cable group is formed continuous to the slit so that the first escape groove extends to the circumferential direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
