<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-fit terminal capable of stabilizing electrical connection by improving holding power against movement such as longitudinal vibration to prevent coming-off from a board, and of preventing damage of the board in pressing the terminal into through holes. <P>SOLUTION: In this press-fit terminal T1, since the width of one-side first contact frame 3a of a first press-fit part 3 is formed smaller than that of the other-side first contact frame 3b, and the width of the other-side second contact frame 6b of a second press-fit part 6 is formed smaller than that of one-side second contact frame 6a, the contact frames 3a and 6a small in width are largely bent and deformed in pressing the terminal into the through-holes 1a and 4a, and both the ends thereof sandwich opening edge parts of the through holes 1a and 4a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
