PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire, a tire molding mold, and a manufacturing method for the pneumatic tire capable of suppressing the deterioration of driving stability in a wet road surface turning time, allowing both of reduction in die manufacturing cost and easy trim work while suppressing the occurrence of a vulcanization failure, and reducing trim chips when the pneumatic tire has a shallow groove between zigzag sipes adjacent to each other in the tire circumference direction. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic tire, lands 6, 8, 12, 13, and 14 defined by grooves 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 10 are formed on a tread face 1. On the tread surfaces 6a, 8a, 12a, 13a, and 14a of the lands 6, 8, 12, 13, and 14, a plurality of zigzag sipes 15 extending in the tire width direction are arranged at predetermined intervals in the tire circumference direction T. A shallow groove 16 is extended between the sipes 15 and 15 adjacent to each other in the tire circumference direction T, and the shallow groove 16 is arranged so as not to part the lands x and x defined on the shallow groove both sides but to partially connect them to each other.
