PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and surely hold a noise removal filter that is attached to a power cord of acoustic equipment, thereby eliminating the fluctuation of the filter. SOLUTION: A holding wall 16 is formed on the outer side part of a mold chassis 10, and a square opening 17 is formed on the holding wall 16. A receiving rib 18 is provided on the front side of the holding wall 16 wherein the square opening 17 is formed. A noise removal filter 33 attached to the power cord 30 is received by the receiving rib 18, and a part of the rear surface of its outer periphery is made to enter the square opening 17 of the holding wall 16. The power cord 30 led out from both ends of the noise removal filter 33 is pressed by an elastic piece 22 so that it may be pressed down to receiving members 24 located at both sides of the receiving rib 18, and the upper end of the power cord 30 is firmly engaged with a locking claw 23.
