PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for appropriately visualizing group relationship. SOLUTION: A group relationship display system includes: a storage device (2) for holding strength of relationship among a plurality of data; and a processor (1). The processor (1) includes: a data relationship strength calculating part (12) for calculating the strength of relationship among the plurality of data; a group generating part (13) for classifying the plurality of data into a plurality of groups, based on group granularity which indicates a threshold for classifying the plurality of data into groups and based on the strength of relationship among the plurality of data; a group relationship strength calculating part (14) for calculating the strength of relationship among the plurality of groups, based on the strength of relationship among the plurality of data; a degree-of-association chart generating part (15) for generating a degree-of-association chart where the plurality of groups are visually displayed so as to reflect the strength of relationship among the plurality of groups as angles; and a degree-of-association chart operating part (16) for changing the group granularity in response to a user operation.
