PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file storage monitor, a file storage monitoring program and a recording medium, easily verifying whether a document file is stored in an appropriate storage to be monitored. SOLUTION: This file storage monitor monitoring the document file stored in the file storage functions as: a pattern file generation means generating a pattern file of the file storage by use of the document file stored in the file storage to be monitored; an adaptation verification means verifying adaptation of the document file stored in the file storage based on the pattern file of the file storage; a storage means storing the adapted document file in the file storage; and a learning means making the pattern file of the file storage learn the document file stored in the file storage means.
