PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read information in which a user is personally interested and information of categories in which the general public is highly interested. SOLUTION: When title information groups are taken in from the Internet 2 by a title information acquisition part 11, a classification processing part 12 classifies each title information into a plurality of categories and stores each title information into a file of the corresponding category of a per-category database 17. A list screen creation part 13 extracts the information that has not been extracted for the categories of which degree of interest is above a predetermined reference value among the categories in an interest degree database 18 after extracting the latest information for each category, respectively. Furthermore, a list screen is created using each extracted information displayed by a GUI processing part 14. Taking in of detailed article information and updating of the degree of interest of each category are performed according to selection operation of the user to the list screen.
