摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual fuel engine that selectively uses first or second fuel by switching, in which a torque variation is suppressed upon the switching of the fuels, while easing a change in combustion noises, and thereby prevents uncomfortable feeling from being given to passengers. SOLUTION: Upon the switching from hydrogen fuel (the first fuel) having a tendency to increase a torque, to gasoline (the second fuel), an opening of a throttle valve 11 is basically reduced to perform a torque balancing. A throttle opening is maintained during a predetermined period immediately after the switching, while easing combustion by a retard angle of ignition timing and the like.
