PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a lid body of a floor surface opening formed on a deck for storage easily and lightly. SOLUTION: This floor surface opening sliding, opening, and closing device has a structure constituted by mounting and supporting the lid body 4 by using an upper face of a sleeper 11 below the floor surface opening 2 on the deck 1 as a step receiving seat 22 and arranging slide rails 3 by tilting them on both side faces on a floor surface opening 2 side of the sleeper 11 to guide a caster 44 provided on the lid body 4. The lid body 4 slides to cantilever and bring it toward you in order to open the floor surface opening 2. In the same way, the lid body 4 slides to cantilever and press it lightly in order to close the floor surface opening 2 so that the lid body 4 is easily and lightly opened and closed. Since it is unnecessary to rotate the lid body 4, the lid body 4 can be easily opened and closed, and it is possible to prevent occurrence of such danger that the lid body 4 receives wind pressure and turns over even if it is used on the outdoor deck 1.
