PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose ester fiber having high antistatic properties, hygroscopicity and anti-see through properties for a woven fabric suitable for clothes, represented by particularly a lining woven fabric, and to provide the woven fabric or a knitted fabric. SOLUTION: The antistatic cellulose ester fiber consists essentially of a cellulose ester and includes at least polyalkylene glycol incompatible with the cellulose ester and having a number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 4,000-10,000,000.
